OK guys, rather than fill this part up with a bunch of lawyer-speak, let me just be straight with you.  All the stuff that I write about is based on personal experiences of my own and most of the concepts I talked about worked for me.  That does not guarantee that it will work for you.

I consider myself a self-made expert in the field of personal finance, but as I’ve stated in many places, I am not certfified, I nevere studied it in school or anything else.

Take all of my words for what they are worth.  I think they are good common-sense, down  to earth ideas that worked for me and should work for you.

As far as commenting goes, lets keep it all above board.  No profanity or any of that stuff, no derogatory comments towards other commenters.  I think were all adults here, lets conduct ourselves that way.
