The Money Crashers

by David Bakke

I don’t often take much time to promote other personal finance websites here on my blog for obvious reasons, but I would like to take a moment to make mention of one.

Actually, I am about to start a blog round up series where I give mention to personal finance blogs that I have found useful over the past week, so I guess that would count.

But I want to take a moment here to mention a fairly new PF blog that I have found particularly helpful.

It is called Money Crashers-Your Guide to Financial Fitness.

I found it a few weeks ago, and although it is probably not (yet) considered to be one of the “heavy hitter” personal finance blogs, I have found a lot of good information there.

I guess what I like about it so much is that it is quite similar to my blog here. It is written in a down-to-earth, easy to understand fashion. Also, the topics there are those that can really apply to all of us. Meaning, there is nothing there that only the super rich would need, nor is there anything there, for example, of how to manipulate Medicare.

It is all great financial advice, and without knowing much about the people behind it, I would imagine again that they are a lot like me. Probably a few people who had escaped from massive personal financial debt, and thought that their story and the things they learned along the way could prove to be helpful to others.

When you have a minute, check out Money Crashers. Don’t forget about little ol’ me, but check them out.

You’ll probably be glad that you did.

Any other personal financial sites out there that you like (besides this one)? Let me know-I am always looking for new ones.
